Mark a Shipment Sent

You can pack and ship a sales order shipment. 

  1. In the left hand menu, click on ‘Sales Orders’ then ‘Sales Order’

  2. Alongside the sales order you want to ship, click on the ‘View’ button

  3. Navigate to the bottom right green panel labelled ‘Shipments’

  4. On the shipment you wish too mark Packed & Sent, click the orange ‘Ship’ option

  1. Once clicked, a success message will display & confirm shipment status
