Create a stock-take

1. From the left-hand menu, select the ‘Inventory’ tab and select ‘Stocktake’
   
   
   

2. Click the blue ‘New Stocktake’ button
   
   
   

3. Enter the below information:
   

   1. Stocktake Reference
      
      

   2. Stocktake Location
      
      

   3. The date is automatically set
      
      
      

4. Then proceed to select suitable product filters:
   

   1. Category
      
      

   2. Brand
      
      

   3. Supplier

Notes:

• You cannot do a stocktake for all products, you must do it by one of the three filters
  
  

• Stock movements are snapshotted at time of creating the stocktake
