How to adjust stock on a product

  1. Once you have made a stock query (Per the above guide), click on the red ‘Adjust’ button


  2. You will then be taken to a page to enter the adjustment details, in which you can adjust the stock level in the selected location / zone

  3. You can enter:

    • Product: Select the product (if you haven’t already) to adjust

    • Location: Select the location to make the stock adjustment (default: Primary)

    • Zone: Select the location zone (if enabled)

    • Batch: Select the batch to remove stock off (if enabled, if product is batchable)

    • Stock on hand: This represents the selected product & location stock level prior to adjustment

    • Quantity to adjust: The amount -/+ which you would like to adjust

    • Remarks: Any comment / note for the adjustment

    • Stock image: You can load a reference image for the stock adjustment:

      1. Image date is extracted from the photo to reference the date if none is given

      2. Image geolocation is extracted and logged against the stock movement

      3. Image is stored against the stock movement


  1. Press ‘Save & Adjust’ to save the stock adjustment. This cannot be undone
