Adding products to the Smart Stock system

The smart stock system lets you see crucial products at a glance in relation to their current stock level, and give you the ability to re-order them via a Purchase Order in a single click.

1. From the Zulu menu, click on the 'Inventory' tab, and then 'Smart Stock'

2. You will see the smart stock page appear, if you cannot find the product you wish, you can enable it to show in the Smart Stock page following steps 3-6

3. From the Zulu menu, click on the 'Products' tab,and then 'All Products'

4. Navigate to the product you wish to enable Smart Stock for, and click the 'edit' button
   

5. Once the product edit page is visible, scroll to the bottom and click the 'Stock' tab
   

6. You will see two fields to fill in for 'Smart Stock':
   
   

   
   Smart Stock Min. Reorder - Is the quantity the system should re-order when it generates a one-click purchase order
   Smart Stock Alert Level - Is the number of units at which stock is below the required threshold to have on hand

7. Enter the values required for Smart Stock to operate per Step 6.

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press save

9. Follow Steps 1 & 2 again to view the Smart Stock report, and the product should now appear
