Changing the salesperson for a Sale Invoice

If you have a user who has made a sale for a contact that should be allocated to another user / salesperson, you can update this easily in Zulu.


  1. Depending on your account, go to the side menu in Zulu and...

    1. If you do basic invoicing only, click "Sale Invoices" then "All Sales"

    2. If you use sales orders, click "Sales Orders" then "Invoices"

  2. You will be shown a list of all sales / invoices, search and find the sale(s) you wish to update

  3. Click the 'checkbox' beside each relevant sale / invoice you wish to update the salesperson for

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see a blue bulk action box

  5. Select "Change salesperson" from the option box

  6. Click on "Confirm" to make the change


Warning: This changes ALL selected item(s) instantly.
