Updating an invoice

Once an invoice has been created, you can easily update it further.


  1. Go to the ‘Sale Invoices’ tab, and click ‘All Sales’

  2. Select the specific invoice status you would like to view, by default, all pending and paid invoices are shown, in order of invoice number descending

    • You can click on for example ‘voided’ to view deleted invoices

    • You can also click on ‘paid’ to view invoices that have had payment logged against them

  3. Click ‘Edit’ to modify the invoice you wish to update

    • Please note: You cannot update invoices that have already had payments or credit notes allocated to them

  4. You can modify the invoice as required, including the contact, dates and line items (See ‘Create your first invoice’ for more details)

  5. Press ‘Save & Park’ or ‘Complete’ to save updates to the invoice
