Setting default pricing & discounts

  1. Go to the Contact you wish to modify the pricing on first

    1. Click ‘Contacts > Then the applicable list

    2. Click the ‘Edit’ button

    3. You will then see the edit page for this contact

  1. Click ‘Pricing Setup’ on the right hand side options list




  2. You will then be taken to the page to manage the pricing for this contact

  1. You can now set the specific price level to use:

    1. Select the ‘price group’ - default is ‘Retail’

        

  1. Set a ‘Sell margin’ - this will add the defined percentage value onto the selected price group:


        Example:

    If the product is for example Cost Price: $10.00, and the ‘Sell Margin’ is 25%, then the actual cost the contact pays will be $12.50 ($10 + [25% of $10])
