How to create a new location zone

1. From the left-hand menu, select the ‘Inventory’ tab, and select ‘Locations’
   
   

2. You will be presented with your stock locations. Within each location, multiple zones can be created
   
   

3. For the location you wish to create a new zone for, select the ‘Options’ tab, and select ‘Manage Zones’ (per the image)
   
   
   

4. In the right hand column (or base of the page on mobile) there is an input form to create a new zone:
   
   

   • Enter the zones label / name - for example “Bay C”
     
     

   • Enter the zones abbreviated code - for example “BAYC”
     
     
     

5. Press “Add Zone” to save the location information
   
   
   
   

6. The new location zone will then display in the table
   
   

You can select ‘Main’ to define the primary location zone.
