You can setup a printer to print a receipt:
Go to “Settings” on the left hand side
And then go to “Point of sale” tab
And scroll down to “Hardware Connection settings”
Printer IP : This is where you put your IP address of your printer.
Note: The printer itself will automatically print it’s IP address automatically when
it’s turned on for the first time.
Printer Device ID: This is where you put the name of your printer.
Note: The printer ID can be configured on the printer Setup process.
Printer Port No: This is where you put the port number of your printer the default value is 8008.
Note: the port number of your printer will show on your printer besides the IP address , Example: 192.168.20.66:8008
Receipt Footer Line 1: This is where you type a footer line on your receipt.
Receipt Footer Line 2: This is where you type a second footer line on your receipt
Print Receipt on complete: this is for configuring your printer when you select “yes” the printer will automatically print the receipt when the customer completed their payment, if you select “No” you have to print the receipt manually under the “Receipt” button.
Print copy of Receipt on complete: This is where you configure the printer if you want a copy of the customer receipt, if you select “yes” the printer will print the receipt twice, if you select “No” the printer will only print the receipt once.
Activate Cash Drawer: This is where you configure whether to open the Cash drawer automatically or you open the cash drawer manually.
