Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription on behalf of a user.

Note: Users can also cancel their subscription through the members area if you are using the Zulu Website module.

1. Click on the left-hand menu, the ‘Subscriptions’ tab
   
   

2. Click on the ‘manage’ button alongside the subscription you wish to cancel
   
   

3. Click the ‘cancel’ button
   
   
   

Tip: You can uncancel a subscription too! Follow the same process above, but click ‘Uncancel’
