How to see who is pending access to my Zulu website

If you want to see what Contacts / Users have signed up on your Zulu Website, and manually verify their account, you can follow the process below to easily see who is yet to be verified.

1. From the main Zulu sidebar menu, click the 'Website' tab, and then click 'Site Settings'

2. Click on the tab 'Miscellaneous'

3. Scroll to the panel noted 'Members Area', and click the button "Contacts Pending Activation"

4. A pop-up window appears, this shows you all contacts who have website access granted (by either requesting it or being assigned it) but have NOT been yet verified

5. Check the tickbox beside each Contact you wish to manually verify, once done, scroll to the bottom of the page

6. In the blue panel titled "Select an action to perform on selected item(s)...", select the appropriate option matching the 2 functions noted below:

  • Send Website Access - This grants access, and also sets a password and emails this to the Contact (useful if you have manually imported a collection of Contacts and want to auto-generate them a password)
  • Give Website Access - Simply grants the Contact access to login (this is for if they already signed up and specified their own password)

Note: Be careful who you grant access to. Spam accounts may appear in this list and were not able to verify because they did not have authorised access to the email account they signed up with. Monitor with caution.
