Change account registration verified to be manually verified by the administrator

If you want to remove the ability for users to sign up and verify their account themselves, you can change the settings to only allow the administrator to verify their account access first.


1. From the main Zulu sidebar menu, click the 'Website' tab, and then click 'Site Settings'


2. Click on the tab 'Miscellaneous'


3. Scroll to the panel noted 'Members Area', and change the option for 'Admin to Approve Registration' to 'Require Approval'

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click 'SAVE'. The changes are made immediately.


Note: You need to ensure you monitor your email for new registration requests, and click the approve button as they are received. You can also manually verify / give access to a registration / contact via the 'Contacts' page in Zulu.
