If you want to give an existing user in Zulu access to your website members / account area, follow this process.

  1. From the left hand sidebar, click on 'Contacts' and then 'All Contacts'

  2. You can assign website access in bulk, via simply ticking the Contacts from the list, and then at the base of the page select 'Send Website Access / Reset Password' - this will email the user a password link automatically. Alternatively, you can assign specific access one by one, continue to step (3).

  3. Find the Contact you wish to give website access to, click the blue 'Edit' button

  4. In the panel labelled 'Contact Details', ensure that the contact has a 'Contact Email' address assigned. This is required to log in via the website

  5. Scroll down the page to the panel labelled 'Website Access'

  6. Follow the below steps:

    1. Assign the Contact a password - this should be at least 8 characters long and contain a number / symbol

    2. Check the box 'Web Access'

    3. Check the box 'Web Verified'

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'

  8. The Contact will now have 'user' access to the website

Warning: Do not write down passwords, securely communicate the temporary password to the Contact and advise them to reset the password once they log in successfully.
