How to add Users into your Account

Before you start, ensure you have enough free seats available in your account. If you don't, you will not be able to add additional seats until you upgrade your account seat limit.


  1. Go to the ‘Users’ tab, and click ‘New User’

  2. Once you have loaded the Users tab, fill out 'User Information'

    Note: You can generate a password automatically (recommended) and securely share this with the new user.

  1. Ensure you select a "Group" to assign this user to. If no group is selected, they will have essentially admin privileges to this account. 

  2. Once the information has been entered, you can then finish adding Users by pressing 'Save'
