This guide provides a straightforward process for managing user seats in the Zulu Dashboard, ensuring you can efficiently allocate resources among your team.
1. Navigate to https://dashboard.getzulu.io/
2. Go to Users and choose All Users.
3. Right next to New User Button, you will be able to see how many seats are occupied in your account. Click Manage Seats.
4. If you want to add an extra seat, click the + button.
There should be a charged amount per additional seat per month.
5. You can also reduce an extra seats by clicking - button.
6. Once done, Click "Update Seats"
You can alternatively access 'manage seats' under your user icon in the top right, then clicking 'Billing'.
You must have billing and user management permissions to manage seats.
