If you have terms of trade that you require on your quotes and invoices, you have the ability to upload these into Zulu.
Upload your terms of trade
- From the Zulu main menu, go to the 'Setup > Settings' tab
- Click the tab headed 'Sales'
- Then within the panel 'Legal / Invoice Settings' you will need to attach your terms and conditions in PDF format, by click the file upload box under the heading 'Terms of trade upload'
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and press 'Save
Attaching terms of trade to a Quote
In Zulu, once you have uploaded your terms of trade, these will automatically appear on your quotes going forward as a hyperlink above the 'signature' box area.
Attaching terms of trade to a Sale / Sale Invoice
- From the Zulu main menu, go to the 'Setup > Settings' tab
- Click the tab headed 'Sales'
- Under the panel 'Display & Print settings', you will see a dropdown box labelled 'Terms of Trade' - you can then set the value appropriate to you:
- Don't attach: Your uploaded terms of trade will not be attached to PDF invoices exported from Zulu
- Attach: Your uploaded terms of trade will be attached to PDF invoices exported from Zulu
Warning: If you have not uploaded terms of trade in the section 'Upload your terms of trade' - then no terms will attach to a sale / sale invoice - regardless of the setting.
